SAPAN Continence Clinic

We are a dedicated, child-friendly clinic specialising in the assessment and management of continence issues in children and adolescents. Our team of experienced professionals understands the sensitivity and complexity of childhood bladder and bowel concerns, and we are here to support your family every step of the way.

What We Do

The Children’s Continence Clinic provides expert care for children with:

  • Bedwetting (Nocturnal Enuresis)

Dr. Sanjeev Khurana – Paediatric Urologist

Dr. Sanjeev Khurana brings specialist knowledge in paediatric urology, offering expert care in managing complex urinary issues, anatomical concerns, and surgical planning when required.

Dr. Michaela Baulderstone

Dr. Michaela Baulderstone is a highly experienced GP with special interest in continence care and mental health. She leads medical assessments and guides treatment plans with a warm, compassionate approach that puts children and families at ease.

Jess Harris – Paediatric Physiotherapist

Dr. Jess Harrisis a skilled paediatric physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and toileting support. She works with children to improve muscle coordination, posture, and bladder/bowel habits using non-invasive, child-appropriate techniques.
